Why does the registration request as much data as my CPF?
This data is important to ensure our own security on the platform, preventing invalid and improper access since unique documents and other data such as emergency phones, blood type, go to your security card (IDRAROS) to take care of you and whomever may have to help you in an emergency care.
Is my data shared?
NO, your data is yours, following the rules, you can delete your registration at any time and we do not provide it to anyone.

What can the support network bring me?

How can I connect with other patients with my rare disease?
By accessing the platform, you will be able to access your support network via chat and connect with people who face the same problem as you, in Brazil and worldwide. That is why it is important that we register and allow these meetings.
How to chat with people on the platform?
This is very easy, accessing the map you can see the mini profile of users in each CROSSING logo and with the name, access them via chat.
Is my address displayed on the map?
No, remember that we ask for your address that is in your registration and the one on the map below that we suggest you put only state, city and neighborhood at most, which is visible.
I want to register but I don't want to appear on the map to anyone, how do I do it?
Just put your profile as anonymous and before recording or updating. You can change later if you want.

How to report irregular activities on the platform?
In all fields of interaction, such as chat, forum and stories, we have the COMPLAINT button, when you choose it, the post or comment goes to the platform audit that verifies and takes the appropriate actions.
How do I know more about my illness?
On the main screen click on rare diseases, in the upper right quadrant in orange, the disease that you identified in the register will be highlighted, click on it and the platform system will direct you to the largest database on the subject in the world. On their platform you will find a lot of technical, scientific and medical information.
I want to leave important information on record, how do I do it?
Enter the forum of your disease, write and record.
Why is my rare disease not listed in the database?
The bank contains more than 8000 types of diseases already identified and is updated every month. See if you typed the name correctly, it doesn't have to be the whole name, as you type it, the search will start, for example: If you type “rett” it will bring everything that contains these letters or that word. However, even so, there are diseases that may not be identified, including not being included in the system. We ask that if this happens, let us know by clicking on the button 'Rare disease not found' on the registration screen, so we will analyze it case by case so that together we can proceed with the registration on the platform.
Is this record a patient record?
Our record is not a patient record, as it does not contain data on medical care or follow-up.
